This is an interesting hand-crafted tutorial that can make a cute little airplane by simply cutting and pasting the craft stick onto the clothespin. Looks very realistic, as if can fly at any time!
Although the materials used and the manufacturing steps are few, they are not easy to do. Especially the tail of the plane, need to cut a similar trapezoid structure, and then paste it vertically, it is very difficult for the children, it is best to help them finish!
There is a need to prepare:
1. First, paste one and two craft rods into the front of each clothespin. We're going to make two small planes at once. These are their wings.
2. Then start with the tail. Take a craft stick and cut it in half.
3.Cut off the end of the arc and we get two rectangles and two small pieces with arcs.
4.Take one of the small pieces and cut it in half. And when it's done, we've got two pieces that look like trapezoids.
5.Paste two trapezoid pieces vertically into the middle of the rectangular craft sticks to form the tail.
This is the hard part! The first thing you need to do is to make sure that the pasting part is even enough and that it stays on for a while until the glue is completely dry.
It will be a lot easier to change the hot glue gun, but be careful.
6.Since the glue is used here, we use another craft sticks as an aid to hold it together until the glue is completely dried.
7.Then we paste the craft stickers on the back of the jackets, which are also the wings of the planes.
8.Paste the finished fins onto the clothespin and leave a little space on the clothespin for a better look.
9. Finally, we color the wings and tail with acrylic paint. If you haven't started to make these airplanes, I suggest that you color the craft sticks before pasting them. This will be a lot easier!
